Editor hangs when ComponentSystemGroup update in itself

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-122926” project
2. Close the project
3. Delete the Library folder of the project
4. Open the project
5. Observe the editor

Expected result: Project opens successfully
Actual result: Editor hangs while opening the project

Reproducible with: 6000.2.0b2 (2bdac9ac0d74), 6000.2.12f1, 6000.3.0b10, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.0b1 (d17678da8412)

Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Note: Attempting to open the project two times without deleting the Library folder usually fixes the issue
