Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “bug-savefilepanel-inproject.zip”
2. Open “Unity Support\Test” through the main menu
3. Click the “Save” button in the save file window that opens up

Expected result: The file path is printed in the Console logs
Actual result: Nothing happens and no file path is printed in the Console logs

Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a23

Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (Intel)
