Text in .uxml doesn't render in Android build when Vulkan is used as graphics API

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “TestUIToolkit.zip“ project
2. Change the Android Graphics API to “Vulkan“ (“Edit → Project Settings… → Player → Android settings → Other Settings → Graphics API”)
3. Go to the build settings (“File → Build Profiles“) and select the “Android“ platform
4. Connect an Android device and then press “Build And Run“ in the “Build Profiles” window
5. Once the application builds and runs on the device, observe what it shows

Expected result: There’s a “UIDocument“ text in the top left
Actual result: There’s no “UIDocument“ text on the screen at all

Reproducible with: 6000.2.2f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.61f1

Notes:

• Not reproduced by CQA since we don’t have Motorola Edge 50s Pro (https://www.gsmchoice.com/en/catalogue/motorola/edge-50s-pro/) - the only device that consistently reproduces this crash
• This is a regression, but I’m not marking it as such because Jira asks me for the FAV, and we’re not able to test this
• The reporter was able to reproduce this with a remote Motorola Edge 50s Pro (Vulkan driver version: 512.676.51; Android version: 14) on 6000.2.2f1, and was not able to reproduce this with the same device on 2022.3.61f1
• Reproducible with Vulkan
• Not reproducible with OpenGLES3
