A file with no extension/postfix cannot be moved to another folder

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a file with no extension (with no postfix) externally and import to the Project tab
3. Create a folder in the Project tab
4. Try moving the file to the new folder
5. Observe the Project tab

Expected result: The file is moved to the new folder
Actual result: The file cannot be moved to any folder

Reproducible in: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.55f1, 6000.2.0f1, 6000.3.0a4

Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
