“Add new query block” dropdown/panel is empty when opened for WorldTime Search in the Entity inspector

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Make sure Hierarchy V2 is enabled (Unity > Settings > General > Use new Hierarchy window)
3. Install the Entities package (com.unity.entities)
4. Select the "WorldTime" Object in the Hierarchy window under the "Editor World"
5. Click the "+" button in the Search in the Inspector window
6. Observe the opened dropdown/panel

Actual results: The “Add new query block” dropdown/panel is empty 

Expected results: Either the “Add new query block” button is deactivated/inactive when there are no elements in it or there is some sort of informational message in the panel

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a9, 6000.5.0b2, 6000.6.0a2

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0a8 (due to no Editor World/WorldTime functionality)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3
