Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a VFXGraph

2. Click and Hold to drag a Rectangle selection

Actual results:
The rectangle selection position seems to be randomly offset and is not on the Mouse tip.

Expected results:

Not reproductible in 2023.1.0b6
Reproductible in 2023.2.17f1.

This small issue isn't present in 2022LTS.
