Unused override is created when removed component is applied via context menu

1. Add Cube GameObject to the Hierarchy
2. Convert it to the prefab
3. Remove BoxCollider
4. Apply removed component via context menu on the removed component in the Inspector
5. Take a look into Override window

Expected: No Overrides

Actual: There is one unused override
