VisualElement is created with a modified Grow value

This is as designed. VisualElements are created with `flex-grow: 1` to make them easily selectable in the viewport. An option can be found in the Library tab of the builder, in the 3-dot menu, called "Default Visual Element Type". Select "No Styles" to have an empty element.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a UI Document (Create>UI Toolkit>UI Document) and open it
2. Add a VisualElement
3. Select the VisualElement and expand the Flex tab in the UI Builder inspector
4. Observe that the Grow field is set to 1 and is displayed as modified

Note: Grow is displayed as a modified value and can be Unset. Added images show the comparison of default behavior before and after.

Actual results: Grow value is set to 1

Expected results: Grow value is not modified by default

Reproducible with versions: 2022.2.0a3, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.3.0b6, 2022.3.0f1

Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.18f, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.2.0a2

Tested on (OS): MacOS, Windows 11 Arm, Windows 11
