This issue is always adherent to the layout and windows size the user is using. As the fix would never handle all cases and the workaround to this is simply resizing your layout - a common step when adding workflows to the a workspace - we will not be fixing unless the issue shows worse symptoms

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the "Runner Game" template;
2. Observe "Tutorials" window.

Expected results: Window should display tidy/full tutorial view
Actual results: Window on the right has cropped content on the first opening.

Reproducible with: 2021.3.13f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.41f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b16, 2023.1.0a19 (Template is not available)
