How to reproduce:
1. Open the “Test_LOD_URP.zip” project
2. Open the “Test0” scene
3. Select the “sphereLODs” GameObject
3. Move the Scene view closer to the “sphereLODs” GameObject
4. Observe the LOD Group as the view enters LOD 1
Expected result: The visible LOD Group objects change normally
Actual result: Objects in the LOD Groups cast shadows on each other
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a11, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.2.0a10
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (by reporter), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
