Steps to reproduce:
1. Import attached VFX
2. Observe the custom HLSL which is failing only if Sample Buffer isn't done previous
Actual results: Exception during compilation
Expected results: Expect at least sampling feature parity. Returning custom type is maybe out of scope of this feature.
Reproducible with versions: 2023.3.0b9

- Additionally, it would be nice to support more than StructuredBuffer, RW is only declaration at this stage
