Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “CrashRepro“

Expected result: Project opens
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b10, 2022.2.7f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.181f, 2022.2.0b9, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a2
