Game View Stats window is dark themed when using the Light theme in the Editor

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Make sure the Editor's theme is set to the Light theme
3. Click the "Stats" button in the Game View toolbar
4. Observe the Stats window

Actual results: The Stats window is dark themed

Expected results: The Stats window is light themed

Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0a1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a1

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.12f1, 6000.3.0a6, 6000.3.0b10

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.0.1
