Inconsistent capitalisation of the word “Name” in the shortcuts validation messages

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open Shortcuts window (Unity > Shortcuts)
3. Select the "Create new profile..." drop-down item, listed under the "Default" 
4. Delete by default provided name
5. Observe the result

Actual results: User gets "Profile name is empty".  The word "name" is provided in small caps.

Expected results: The user should get "Profile Name is empty". 

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.55f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a6

Not reproducible with versions: -

Tested on (OS):  M1 Max - Sequoia 15.6.1

Notes:

• Other validation messages should be reviewed and updated, too. More messages are provided in the "Attachments" section.
• Consistency with the dot at the messages is needed too: it should be added to all validation messages or it should be removed from all messages, which has it.
