Text Field’s Scroller disappears in the UI Builder window when setting “Vertical Scroller Visibility” to “AlwaysVisible” and saving a change in uxml file

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “uiBuggyBoo.zip” project
2. In the UI Builder window select the “TextField” control
3. In the Inspector window change any setting (ex. disable the “Focusable” setting)
4. Save the uxml file and observe the “TextField” control

Expected result: Scroller doesn’t disappear
Actual result: Scroller disappears

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b9, 2023.1.10f1, 2023.2.0b6, 2023.3.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0b8
Could not test with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.8f1 (“Vertical Scroller Visibility” setting is not available)
