Steps to reproduce:

Open any Project
Create a UI Document Asset and open it in UI Builder
In the Theme dropdown menu select the already selected Theme
Observe the button that appears to the right of the dropdown menu

Actual results: When selecting the already set Theme in the UI Builder window a button appears to reset to the Project-wide set Theme preference referencing the already selected Theme

Expected results: No reset button appears when no Theme change happens

Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a2

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.63f1, 6000.2.14f1, 6000.3.0f1 (No Project Settings for Project Preview Theme)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
