Dead space appears in pop-up menu of gameObjects components in the Inspector

This is caused by how GTK handles context menus near the border of the display. https://fogbugz.unity3d.com/f/cases/1340774/
How to reproduce:
1. Open up any project
2. Create gameObject "Cube" in Hierarchy and select it
3. In the Inspector click the kebab menu (3 vertical dots) of the lowest component of the gameObject
Actual result: Dead space in the pop-up menu of the lower components of gameObjects
Expected result: No dead space in the pop-up menu
