HDRP Wizards API Reference buttons have no padding on their right side

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an HDRP Project
2. Open the HDRP Wizard (Window > Rendering > HDRP Wizard)
3. Observe the question mark buttons on the right side of the panel labels
4. Hover the cursor over them

Actual results: When the buttons are hovered over, the highlight obviously shows that there is no padding on the right of the buttons and some of the highlight is cut off

Expected results: When hovering cursor over the buttons, the highlight is the same width on both sides of the button

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.24f1

Can’t test with versions: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1 (Different HDRP Wizard UI)

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, Windows 11
