Opening a Search Query from Project browser doesn't set it as current

• Ensure you have a Search Query in your project.
• Double click on it in the Project Browser. 
• Open the Search Query Panel: see that the search query is not selected.
• Press the diskette icon: see that the search query is not available to be overriddent.

It should be same behavior as in 23.3
