Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project
- Edit -> Project Settings -> Package Manager
- Create a new scoped registry ( + )
- Enter "Scoped Registry" name (for example, "Test")
- Click the "Save" button
- Observe the validation for the "URL" field
Actual results: Validation message says ""payload.url" is not allowed to be empty". It is confusing, as on the UI side, a user sees only the "URL" field. When editing an already saved scoped registry, the message is: ""URL" must be a valid uri with a scheme matching the http|https pattern".
Expected results: Validation message should display the field name, which is displayed in the UI. It should be "URL" is not allowed to be empty. The message is correct when editing an already saved scoped registry.
Reproducible with versions: 6000.2.0a10, 6000.2.0b1, 6000.2.0b12, 6000.3.0a3, 6000.0.50f1
