"Default Visibility" option of the "Visibility in Editor" field is not clear

The documentation states: "By default, the Project window hides package’s assets and omits them from the results when you use the Object Picker in the Inspector window. Set this property to "false" to make sure that this package’s assets are always visible."

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open the Package Manager (Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager)
3. Click the "+" button -> Create package
4. Go to Manage -> Edit Manifest
5. Go to the Advanced -> Visibility in Editor
6. Observe the options in a dropdown

Expected results: It is clear what Default Visibility means
Actual results: It is not clear what Default Visibility means

Reproducible with: 6000.3.0a4
Can't test with: 6000.0.55f1, 6000.1.15f1, 6000.2.0f1 (no such functionality)

Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Note: The meaning could be explained by the tooltip on a field
