Search: Drop-downs in "Edit" column windows are opened and closed so quickly that it is not possible to see what's in them

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create/open any project
2. Click the "Global Search" button (Command + K)
3. Update the "Search" window view to "Table view"
4. Hover the mouse over the "Description" or "Label" column
5. Make a right mouse click and select "Edit Description" or "Edit Label"
6. Try to expand the "Format" or "Alignment" dropdowns

Expected Result: The Drop-downs should be expanded and the user should be able to review its data and make needed selections from his side.

Actual Result: Drop-downs are opened and closed so quickly that it is not possible to see what's in them. Video is added in the "Attachments" section.

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a15, 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a5.

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.11f1, 2023.2.0a14.
