Compute Shader Texture2D.Load with a non-zero offset does not work when using macOS

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/LoadBug.unity" scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Game view

Expected result: 4 images are visible in the Game view
Actual result: 3 images are visible in the Game view (the 4th image is not visible)

Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.14f1, 2023.2.1f1, 2023.3.0a15
