Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro_IN-92400“ project
2. Change the “Scripting Backend“ to “IL2CPP” (“Edit → Project Settings… → Player → Other Settings → Configuration“)
3. Build the project (“File → Build Profiles → Build”)
4. Once the building process is finished, check the time it took for it to be completed
Expected result: Build time is short
Actual result: Build time is very long (between 20 and 60 minutes)
Reproducible with: 2022.3.59f1, 6000.0.40f1, 6000.1.0b8, 6000.2.0a5
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- Build time on 2022.3.59f1 is around 60 minutes
- Build time on 6000.0.40f1, 6000.1.0b8 and 6000.2.0a5 is around 20 minutes
- For the reference - Mono build takes 40 seconds
- Tested on i9-10980HK, RTX 3080
