Contextual Menu: Menu option "Install package from git URL.." is too wide

We received many users feedback mentioning the original size was too narrow because pasted URL did not fit.

Steps to reproduce:

Expected Result: A contextual menu should be narrower because it is unnecessary to be so wide.

Actual Result: The menu is too wide. Added screenshot and video in the "Attachments" section.

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.1.24f1.
