Player fails to build when building to “C:/Program Files/Build” on Windows

Hi, I am closing this as 'Won't Fix' as building into Program Files is not supported. Please try and build your project elsewhere, such as within your project's root folder, and submit another issue if you have further problems. Thanks!

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “the floor is lava” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Build the Player to “C:/Program Files/Build”

Expected result: The Player is built successfully
Actual result: The Player fails to build and errors are thrown

Reproduced with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.23f1, 2023.2.17f1, 6000.0.0b14

Reproduced on: Windows 8.1 (by reporter), Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Notes:
1. Reproducible in a new project
2. Reproducible with “WebGL” platform
3. Full errors thrown to the Console are provided in the internal comments
