FPS drops occurs when tapping screen with multiple fingers

On iPhone 13 Pro when the ProMotion is enabled and app is running on 120 FPS it drops to 60 FPS for the single frame where initial touch happened. This is coming from OS and we can do nothing about it. If the spikes are interfering with an app in a meaningful way you can disable ProMotion functionality for the app by deleting CADisableMinimumFrameDurationOnPhone and CADisableMinimumFrameDuration keys in the Info.plist of your app.

How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Build and deploy to iOS
3. Rapidly tap the screen with multiple fingers

Expected outcome: No FPS drop occurs
Actual outcome: FPS drop ranging from 0.02 to 0.0333 seconds occurs

Reproducible with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.14f1, 2022.20b3, 2023.1.0a10

Reproduced with: iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 15.6.0), iPhone 13 Pro Max (User info)
Could not reproduce with: iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1 )
