Default index is added twice to the Search index list

• Ensure you have a project with no default index
• Ensure this project has a package with a single index
• Open the project.
• Open the Index Manager.

Results: you will see the default index has been added twice to the list and it triggers double indexing.

 

Expected results: Default index should be added once.
