Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/moneypig 3.unity” Scene
3. Select the first GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Use the “arrow-down“ key to move through all the GameObjects in Hierarchy
Expected result: “*“ does not exist
Actual result: The “*“ sign is present next to the Scene name in Hierarchy
Reproducible with: 2021.3.0f1, 6000.0.34f1, 6000.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.0b13
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

- When the project is connected to git, it shows no changes to the Scene file or assets even after saving
