Verified the fix has landed to 6000.1.0a9 with Windows 11 using a 4k monitor with 125% scale. Verified graphics API switching warning did not have text cut off.

Verified the fix has landed to 6000.0.34f1 in Windows 11 with a 4k monitor using 125% scale settings.

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Observe the warning message

Expected result: The message is complete
Actual result: The message is incomplete

Reproducible with: 1.7.0 (2021.3.43f1), 1.10.0 (2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.45f1, 6000.0.18f1)

Reproduced on: Windows 11. Windows 10 w/ 4k monitor at 125% scaling
Not reproduced on: Not reproducible on Ubuntu 24.04
