Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Test.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Open the Profiler (Window > Analysis > Profiler)
5. Search for “Should Update Binding“
6. Observe the Profiler
Expected result: Time spent in "Should Update Binding" remains constant
Actual result: Time ms of “Should Update Binding” keeps increasing
Reproducible with: 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0b3, 6000.2.0a1
Could not test with: 2022.3.56f1 (Assets\BindingTest.cs(14,10): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'CreatePropertyAttribute' could not be found)
