"Inspector" tab's top section becomes overlapped by "Rect Transform" component data

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Click "+" at the top of the "Inspector" tab
3. Select UI->Toggle
4. Verify that it has been added
5. Select it 
6. Go to the "Inspector" tab and execute some scrolling
7. Observe the top "Inspector" section

Actual results: During the scrolling "Inspector" tab's top section becomes overlapped by "Rect Transform" component data. A screenshot and video are added below in the "Attachments" section.

Expected results: No overlapping. The expected result video is also added below in the "Attachments" section.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.2.0a7, 6000.2.0a8

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a6
