Slight alignment issues on menu icons, quickstart and button in the Package Manager

We will not address this bug due to its very low impact on system functionality.

Steps to reproduce:

Actual results: Everything is slightly not quite aligned in the top right corner of this window. See attached screenshots.

Expected results: Not sure exact expected visuals, but no noticeable misalignments

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.16f1

Can’t test with versions: 2022.3.42f1, 2021.3.42f1 - different UI.

Tested on (OS): MacOS Intel 12.7.4

Notes:

Did not regression test this as this is a minor cosmetic issue and earlier versions have different UI. Please contact ticket reporter if further testing is required.
