Steps to reproduce:
- Open the "WebCamera.zip" project
- Go to File > Build Settings and switch to Android Platform
- Build and run to the device
Expected: The WebCamera is working
Actual: WebCamera is not working

Not reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3,22f1, 2022.13f1, 2023.1.0a19

Notes:
- With 2023.1.0b10 and 2023.2.0a9 versions Camera permission request is not appearing, manually enabling camera permissions through the app settings doesn't solve the problem
- With the 2023.1.0a20 version permission request appears, but the camera is still not working, also need to restart the app after granting permission, otherwise, the app is not loading
- With Xiaomi Mi 5 device camera is not working with the 2022.2.13f1 version, but a permission request appears
- When a permission request appears and is granted, but the camera is still not working the view is black, if a permission request is not appearing, the view is white
