Learn More link for Advanced Text Generator warning in Project Settings is not interactable

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open Project Settings
3. Open the UI Builder tab
4. Click on the Learn More link for the Advanced Text Generator warning

Actual results: Nothing happens after clicking on the link

Expected results: Clicking on the link opens a relevant manual page

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0b6, 6000.4.0a2, 6000.4.0a3

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.59f1, 6000.2.8f1, 6000.3.0b5, 6000.4.0a1

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.0.1
