Selection changes when changing Sorting Type in the Shader Graph Template Window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new URP 3 Project
2. In the Project Browser right click and select "Create > Shader Graph > From Template"
3. In the Templates Window select the "Lit Full" Template under the "Basics" Category
4. In the Top Right of the Window change Sorting Type with all the available options

Actual results: Based on which Sorting Type was previously selected, changing Sorting Type will change current Selection to another Template in the Category, selection index does not change in that Category

Expected results: Selection stays the same when changing Categories, despite Templates changing position in their Category

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a8, 6000.5.0b10, 6000.6.0a6

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.76f1, 6000.3.16f1, 6000.4.9f1, 6000.5.0a7
