URP Tab Reset Menu Button Is Invisible in Light Mode

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project
2. Ensure the Universal Render Pipeline (URP) package is installed
3. Open Edit > Project Settings
4. Navigate to Graphics > URP tab
5. Switch to Light Mode in Unity Editor (via Preferences > General > Editor Theme)
6. Observe the visibility of the Reset (three-dot menu) button in the URP tab view

Actual Results: The Reset menu button is invisible or extremely hard to see in Light Mode due to insufficient contrast.

Expected Results: The Reset button should remain clearly visible and accessible in both Light and Dark Modes.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.14f1, 6000.2.0b11, 6000.3.0a3

Can’t test with versions: 2022.3.61f1 (No Graphics section in the Project Settings)

Tested on (OS): macOS 15.6 Silicon
