Warning about UniversalRenderPipelineGlobalSettings into URP Samples package

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project with Unity 6.3 & URP 17.3.0
2. Inport URP Package Samples in the project
3. Choose a sample and play it.

Actual results: A warning about missing types referenced from component UniversalRenderPipelineGlobalSettings

Expected results: No warning

Reproducible with versions: Unity 6000.3 & URP 17.3.0 (Current Trunk)

Not reproducible with versions: 

• 6000.2.0b10 with URP package version 17.2.0;
• 6000.1.13f1 with URP package version 17.1.0.

Can’t test with versions:
