Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Right click anywhere in the Project Window or the Hierarchy
3. Observe the initial menu that appears with visual artifacts. This also happens with sub-menus.

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a16, 2023.2.0a20
