Missing capitalisation in Package Manager window button

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project.
2. Open Window > Package Manager > Unity Registry and Install Visual Effect Graph.
3. View the package in the Package Manager.

Actual results: "open VFX Graph Samples project on Github"

Expected results: "Open VFX Graph Samples project on GitHub"

Reproducible on: 6000.0.0f1 (VFX 17.0.3)
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 20.04
