Prompt to create a new StyleSheet overlaps Parent's selector list when Template is viewed in Context

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any Project
2. Create a UI Document Asset and open it in UI Builder
3. Add any Element to the Hierarchy, right click it and select "Create Template"
4. Create or add a USS
5. Save the UI Document edits manually (saving when prompted will result in the Template being opened in Isolation due to another bug)
6. Right click the Template in the Hierarchy and select "Open Instance in Context"
7. Observe the Stylesheet section in the Context View

Actual results: Prompt to create or add a Stylesheet overlaps the Parent's Selectors list

Expected results: Prompt and Selector list is distributed evenly

Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0a2, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a2

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.63f1, 6000.2.14f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a1
