In the "Project name" field the project's title resets to "My Project" and automatically selects cloud setting when clearing the field using the "X" button

How to reproduce:
1. Open Hub
2. Projects -> New Project
3. Select the 'Project name' field
4. Observe that there is no 'x' button to the right
5. Write anything into the field
6. Press the 'x' button
7. Observe the input field

Expected result:
1. Deletes the whole string
2. Does not change the cloud/local setting
3. Enters ‘edit mode’

Actual result:
1. Resets the text to a default value ‘My Project'
2. Restores the cloud/local setting (changes to cloud)
3. Does not enter 'edit mode’ after clearing
