Editor crashed on UnityEditor::CoreBusinessMetrics::MetricsCache::ProcessEventDiscardedQueue after editing and saving Assembly definition code

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-52723_URPIntegrationTests“ project
2. Open the “TestSetup.asmdef“ asset
3. Add a space and save

Expected result: The Editor continues to run
Actual result: The Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a5

Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
