Project is still shown as loading in Unity Hub when Editor loading screen is closed

Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Press “New project” button
3. Press “Create project” button
4. Click “X” icon on Editor loading screen to close it
5. Observe newly created project in Unity Hub

Actual result: Newly created project is still shown as loading for over 10 minutes
Expected result: Newly created project is not shown as loading
