Cannot select Directories in File Browser opened by Hub

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Unity Hub
2. Go to Settings
3. Change the Default project path

Actual results: Directories cannot be selected for a new path. The browser window only accepts files and not directories

Expected results: The File browser window opened by Hub accepts directory paths

Reproducible with versions: 3.13.0

Not reproducible with versions: 3.12.0

Reproducible on (OS): Ubuntu 20

Not Reproducible on (OS): Ubuntu 22

Notes:

• Affects changing the default project and editor installation directories, as well as changing the project path in project creation window
