"Invalid Unity Version '6000.0'" is thrown when the Major version is set to 6000 and Minor to 0

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project "UnityStrapi.zip"
2. Select Packages/IJsfontein Strapi API/package.json in the Project window
3. Change the Major version to 6000 in the Inspector window
4. Change the Minor version to 0

Expected results

No errors are thrown

Actual results

"Invalid Unity Version '6000.0'" is thrown in the Inspector window

Environment

• Reproducible with: 2022.3.33f1, 6000.0.5f1
• Could not test with: 2021.3.39f1 (compilation errors in the Console window)
• Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
• Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
