Build Profiles: Inconsistent buttons "Customize player settings" and "Configure Unity Version Control" alignment

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install 6000.1.0b9 with "Android Build Support" modules
2. File -> Build Profiles
3. Select an active platform on your PC and click "Add Build Profile"
4. Verify that the build is created and the button "Customize player settings" is displayed.
5. Click the "Cloud Build" button, which is displayed at the bottom of the window
6. Click the "Install" button in the "Build Automation" pop-up
7. Verify that the "Build Automation Settings" section is displayed
8. Observe the position of the newly created button "Configure Unity Version Control".

Actual results: Button "Configure Unity Version Control" in the help box is aligned differently. It looks messy. A screenshot is added below in the "Attachments" section.

Expected results: All the buttons in the help boxes in the same window should be aligned in the same way.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6

Not reproducible with versions: -

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.40f1 old UI and no new features.

Tested on (OS): Apple M1 Max - Sequoia 15.3.1
