Burst compiler failing when building the Player

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “Tst”
2. Build the project
3. Inspect the Console window

Expected result: The Console window shows a message that a build was successful
Actual result: The Console window shows an error that the build failed with errors saying “Burst compiler (1.8.x) failed running”

Reproducible with: 1.8.0-pre.1 (2021.3.31f1), 1.8.9 (2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b12, 2023.3.0a7)
Not reproducible with: 1.7.4 (2021.3.31f1)

Reproducible on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Notes:

• With Burst 1.8.0-pre.2 and above an error appears when the project is opened “Failed to find entry-points: System.Exception: Error while hashing assembly {DLL path}

  ---> System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added.”
