How to reproduce:
1. Build the attached project “LightIssue.zip” on a mobile device
2. Observe the ground
Expected result: Light is visible on the ground
Actual result: Light is not visible on the ground or it’s visible very slightly
Reproducible with: 10.2.1 (2020.2.0b12), 10.10.1 (2020.3.42f1), 12.1.8 (2021.3.14f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.23f1), 14.0.4 (2022.2.0f1), 15.0.1 (2023.1.0a21)
Not reproducible with: 10.2.0 (2020.2.0b12)
