Package Manager light mode links fail WCAG contrast guidelines

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set editor to light mode. Preferences > General > Editor Theme.
2. Window > Package Manager.
3. Select any package and observe package manager links.

Actual results: While not difficult, it is a bit of a strain to read these. 

Expected results: No difficulty reading due to colour contrast.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.16f1, 2022.3.42f1, 2021.3.42f1

Tested on (OS): MacOS Intel 12.7.4

Notes:

• WCAG 2.1 contrast ratio is recommended to be 4.5:1. Colour picked from a screenshot, these colours score 2.15:1, which fails.
• Only colour picked in U6 16f1, but older versions felt similarly hard to read.
